...like so many easy jobs, putting up the conduit at Hotchley Hill took longer than we thought it would. To finish off, we put in the short run in the battery room, and to the light over the coal-hole - as well as the lights on the back wall of the locking room.  

In the battery room, you can see the last remnant of the old conduit, beside our new work. That particular section is only still there because it appears to be concreted into the floor above, and we can't pull it out!

Also visible is the conduit box which will support a PIR sensor outside the coal-hole. We know it's not Heritage, but it should be useful!
