...well no, technically that's a locomotive, but it's the next best thing. We were delighted to welcome 08784 back to Rushcliffe Halt, the first railway working south from Ruddington in four years.
As you can imagine, this is the first step towards bringing passenger trains back to the line, and represents a substantial organisational and material improvement over the pre-pandemic days.
