We split into two groups this week, and both made highly satisfactory progress.

It being a Second Saturday, one set about making space in our (very full) cabin. This is challenging, as almost everything in there is being kept for a reason, and some of our other spaces (such as the signalbox locking room) are very deliberately being transitioned from storeroom to equipment room. With the aid of a trolley, four of us (including a new recruit!) gradually dispersed enough material to alternative locations, and then rearranged what was left to make room for a new cupboard. That should be arriving in the next week.

Over on the platform, the Duct Laying Task Force (also with a new volunteer) made short work of a route for cables to reach the new bracket on platform one. Not being much involved with that, I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Without the use of the van for a couple of weeks (so no taking that door down to HH), next time will likely be something of a mixed bag. A good chance to tie-up loose ends.
