We spent this Saturday at Hotchley Hill, giving the base of the lever frame, and the beams it rests on, a second coat of gloss black paint. It looks exactly as it did after we applied the first coat, and hardly worthy of another photograph.
Besides that, we cleaned-out the u-bend in the drain for our new downpipe. This now flows easily, although we can't find the other end of the pipe. Perhaps it drains into the soil.
